How it works
Sourcing runs through established European liquidation channels. I handle the details so you deal with one person from first question to delivery.
Trucks come from long-term supply relationships with liquidators and retailers across Europe.
You tell me the categories and volume you need; I match you to what's loading now.
You get the truck details and the truck price, with photos of the load or of earlier similar loads. Delivery is priced separately, based on your destination. No obligation.
Freight, paperwork and delivery are arranged and tracked to your warehouse.
Extra service
Sourcing is only half the job. When a truck ships with a packing list, like the Costco loads, I can also prepare a resale margin estimate for you: a product-by-product business plan that shows what the load is worth before you commit.

Real numbers from a 2026 Costco load: a mixed truck of 106 different products across electronics, toys, clothing, household and seasonal goods. Liquidation stock usually resells below retail, so the retail value is a reference, not a promise. The estimate shows the headroom, and every product is marked with how confident the price is.
